The iQ Advantage

The Micro Q Technologies iQ shipper is a breakthrough for the biological and pharmaceutical shipping industry. In the past, these industries have relied on shipping their extremely valuable, temperature-sensitive materials in cold pack containers or refrigerated freight shipping — making transport expensive and error prone. The iQ shipping carrier, acting as an incubator or refrigerator, provides a reliable method of transporting biologic samples and other highly valuable, time and temperature sensitive materials with precision temperature control.

The sample is loaded into a canister constructed of three types of composite insulation to protect it. This active temperature maintenance system can cool or heat the chamber to maintain the preset condition desired, regardless of fluctuations of the outside temperature. Its lightweight structure reduces shipping costs, and samples can easily be shipped overnight by Fed Ex, UPS, and other transportation companies.

iQ1 Platform

The iQ1 platform is highly suitable for vial-type and small volume sample applications. It is very lightweight and compact, can be operated with 3 D size alkaline batteries. Mostly suitable for internal temperatures 15° C to 30° C range where ambient temperatures are within -15° C to 50 ° C. Canister core is very customizable to fit each customers’ specific application. Standard device will accommodate 4" diameter with 4" high canister.
